Yes. PRISTA® can provide after-hours cleaning depending on the site requirements, service agreement and operational availability. Many commercial environments prefer cleaning outside business hours to reduce disruption to staff, customers, patients, children, residents or building users. After-hours services may include regular scheduled cleaning, urgent presentation recovery, emergency bathroom issues, spill response, urgent hygiene incidents and handover cleans where arranged. Any after-hours, weekend, public holiday or emergency work may be subject to agreed rates, call-out fees or loading depending on the scope and urgency.

Yes. PRISTA® uses site-specific cleaning checklists to support consistency, accountability and clear expectations at every site. These checklists help ensure cleaners understand the agreed scope, priority areas, frequency requirements, hygiene standards and any special instructions for that environment. Where required, checklists may be completed at each visit and reviewed as part of PRISTA®’s quality assurance process. This helps reduce missed tasks, improve service visibility and give decision makers confidence that the work is being managed properly.

Yes. PRISTA® can provide before and after photos where required by the service agreement or where photo reporting is useful for quality assurance, urgent cleans, issue resolution, handovers, real estate work, emergency response or high-priority cleaning tasks. Photos may be used to confirm completed work, document issues, support client communication, verify presentation standards and provide a clearer record of service delivery. PRISTA® also respects privacy and confidentiality, so photos are taken only for approved operational purposes.

Yes. PRISTA® provides cleaning support for NDIS homes, supported living environments, SIL homes, respite facilities, aged care homes and care facilities. These environments require cleaning that is respectful, discreet, reliable and focused on dignity, comfort, hygiene and operational care. PRISTA® can support shared living areas, bathrooms, kitchens, dining areas, resident rooms where agreed, lounges, corridors, staff areas, entry points, high-touch surfaces and odour-sensitive spaces. Cleaning is delivered according to agreed scope, site instructions and appropriate operational boundaries.

Yes. PRISTA® can provide emergency and rapid-response cleaning depending on availability, location, scope and urgency. Emergency support may include spill response, bathroom incidents, bodily fluid or contamination response, urgent hygiene concerns, flood or water incidents, outbreak response cleaning, urgent handover cleans and presentation recovery. PRISTA®’s emergency response approach focuses on safety, communication, contamination control, documentation, issue escalation and restoring hygiene and presentation standards as quickly as practical.

Yes. PRISTA® can support subcontractor-managed and multi-site cleaning arrangements where the correct operational controls are in place. PRISTA® is structured to manage service delivery through clear scopes, site-specific instructions, cleaner induction requirements, checklist completion, reporting expectations, quality assurance and escalation pathways. For multi-site clients, PRISTA® can help create a more consistent cleaning standard across locations by using aligned checklists, communication workflows, performance review, reporting and quality assurance systems.

Yes. PRISTA® maintains public liability insurance and operates with insurance-backed service governance. PRISTA® currently carries $20 million public liability insurance, supporting client confidence, operational risk management and professional service delivery. Insurance, compliance and site requirements can be discussed as part of the onboarding or proposal process, especially for commercial, NDIS, aged care, childcare, medical, education, government and multi-site environments.
